| CLASSES
Munchkin Music Munchkin music is a class designed for the early exploration of music. Children ages 2-6 can be in the Munchkin Band and experience a variety of instruments, read music, sing, dance and learn to play music together. This is a great primer for the beginning musician to progress into private lessons . Small group classes of 2 to 6 children! $150 8-week session Monday 10:30-11:15 Ages 2-3 Tuesday 9:45 – 10:30 Ages TBD Saturday 9:30-10:15 Ages 4-6
Creative Drumming This class introduces the basics of rhythm and drumming, as well as tempo, dynamic, composition and the cultural history of drums. Children explore the sounds and sensations of rhythm through instruments and their bodies. Creative drumming helps hand-eye coordination and listening as well as self-esteem and self-expression through play and games. Ages 2-6
$150.00 8 week Session Tuesday 11am-11:45 Beginner Rock Ensemble
Is your child into music? Does your child want to be in a band? Don’t know what to do next? The beginner Rock Ensemble is the answer. In a safe, and non-competitive environment young musicians will learn the essentials of their instruments and how to use them to make music with their peers. Band members will learn a variety of musical styles and important musical concepts that will prepare them to build their own band later in life. Each session ends with a “VIP” concert for family and friends. $275 10-week session Friday 3:30pm-5pm Structured Jam The third Tuesday of each month starting in October 2009. The jam is open to all instruments. Charts and materials will be provided online. Please R.S.V.P. by the first week of the month. A place to connect with musicians that are truly local to you, learn new tunes, and have a great time. Cost is $15/person. FREE CLINICS All clinics start at 5:30 PM Drum Groove/Rudiments Sat. Sept 12, 2009 Guitar Maintenance Sat. Sept 19, 2009 Bring your instrument for a hands on experience or come to just listen and learn.

Blues Guitar Part I Come experience the world of blues guitar with author of The Blues Guitar Experience: Your Practical Guide to the Landmark Styles of Blues, Frank Natter Jr. Frank will take you on a tour of the blues using the guitar as a vehicle. Through demonstration of traditional licks and the unique opportunity to try them out with a live band, you will be stomping the blues in no time.

Blues Guitar Part II Get more in depth about the concepts and licks learned in Blues Guitar Part I as well as tread into the evolution of Blues guitar later in history. Enjoy another great musical experience playing the Blues with a live band.
