FOR YOUR HEALTH! Announcing 2 New Health and Fitness Groups in the Area!Adult Fitness Group – This group is intended for adults who are newcomers to exercise or who have exercised in the past and are looking to get back into it. The group will focus on strength and fitness gains well as strategies to reduce and prevent issues like back and knee pain.
Young Athlete Training Group – This group is structured for youth athletes age 13-15 year olds, who are looking to participate in a fun and challenging group of their peers to enhance athletic performance, challenge coordination, and prevent injuries. Movement Programs Special needs children birth to 4 years of age: For special needs children birth to 4 years of age and their parent or care provider. Perhaps you've been looking for a movement program for you and your child and are finding that traditional classes don't suit your needs, are too fast paced or you'd like a chance to meet other families who are living with similar developmental needs. Here's your chance. Ages: Children Birth to 4 and their parent or care provider Who's Invited: Children who have developmental delays, Down Syndrome, physical disabilities, autism or spectrum disorders, ADD or ADHD are all invited to join us Dates: 4 Mondays, March 1 through March 22 Time: 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM Cost: $60 for the 4 week series, full and partial scholarships may be available Registration: Space is limited to 8 families. She holds a M.A. in dance/movement therapy from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn New York. Linalynn is a registered dance/movement therapist with the American Dance Therapy Association.
